The wait is finally over. Registration is now open for Bergen Shipping Voyage 2026, which will take place in April 2026 on board Statsraad Lehmkuhl for the third time. The voyage will be the final leg of the One Ocean Expedition 2025-2026 and mark the start of One Ocean Week.
Unique sailing
- "This voyage is very special. It brings together people of all ages, from all over the world and from all levels of the maritime industry. The atmosphere on board is liberating and unpretentious. All titles are left on land and you get a unique sense of unity during the days you spend together at sea. This is an experience you take with you for the rest of your life," says project manager Even Storheim.
During The Bergen Shipping Voyage, the entire breadth of the maritime industry gathers on board Statsraad Lehmkuhl. It combines professional refreshment with a spectacular experience at sea, where you can establish new contacts and friendships.

80 seats
A total of 80 participants will have the opportunity to take part in the voyage, which is a collaboration between Bergens Rederiforening, Norges Rederiforbund and Maritime Bergen. The co-sailors on this cruise will be employees from the entire Norwegian maritime cluster. The voyage is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about teamwork and gain experience at sea.
During the seven-day voyage, the participants will take part in a teaching program in team management by professor and former teacher at the Norwegian Naval Academy, Olav Kjellevold Olsen. They will both coach and be coached by their fellow sailors along the way.
