There was a good turnout and a pleasant atmosphere at Grieggaarden when the first partner meeting of the autumn was held at the end of September.
The meeting started with an introduction by County Mayor and Chairman of One Ocean, Jon Askeland, followed by a presentation of the Grieg Group, by Erlend Horn.
International work

Statsraad Lehmkuhl, represented by CEO and expedition leader Haakon Vatle, then gave a briefing on the One Ocean Expedition, which is now heading for the west coast of the USA. So is Bergen Chamber of Commerce & Industry, which is leading a large delegation traveling to Bergen's sister city Seattle in October.
The Institute of Marine Research's Peter Haugan gave a briefing on the institute's international work, as well as upcoming ocean conferences worth noting. The road to 2030 was also discussed. The City The City of Bergen's Director of Business, Culture and Sport, Torbjørn Torsvik, also presented some of the plans for next year's One Ocean Week.
New website
The agency Alf Gundersen AS, which has developed the new websites for One Ocean and One Ocean Week, also showed off the new design and demonstrated functions. The new pages make it easier for organizers to find profiling tools, as well as register events and become members in their own forms.
The event ended with a social gathering in the Grieg Club.
Mark the dates for One Ocean Week 2026 now: April 18-24.
