Welcome home, Statsraad Lehmkuhl

After a 12-month expedition, our proud sailing ship returns to Bergen as a floating ambassador for United Nations Ocean Decade. The One Ocean Expedition has combined sailing training, ocean research, education and diplomacy - all with one goal: to inspire action for a sustainable ocean.
Along the way, the expedition has visited 26 ports on three continents.
The return home marks the end of a unique journey for the ocean - and the start of One Ocean Week 2026.

Approach and boat procession
All boat owners are invited to participate in a grand boat procession to welcome Statsraad Lehmkuhl home.
The procession will start at Askøybroen at 10:45 and follow the ship towards the city. The ship is expected to be visible in Vågen at approximately 11:30 and moored at 12:00.

The public event at Bryggen
Thepublic event at Bryggen begins at 11:00 a.m. and will be hosted by Stian Blipp. Joining him on stage will be Bergen Bonanza, Berit Håpoldøy, David Chelsom Vogt, and Michelle Ullestad.

Priority seating has been reserved for people with disabilities. This area has limited capacity, so we recommend arriving early.
