Welcome to the Ocean Art Exhibition at the House of Literature. Experience the ocean through the eyes of young people, art, and photographs.
During One Ocean Week, we are opening the doors to the Ocean Art Exhibition at the House of Literature. The exhibition features art created by young people from indigenous and fishing communities in Kerala, India, who live close to and depend on the ocean. They are part of a youth network working on issues related to the ocean, the environment, and local communities, and through their art, they share their experiences and perspectives.
These images invite you to see the ocean in new ways—as nature, as a source of livelihood, culture, and identity. What does the ocean mean to us, and what role do we play in its future?
