Arctic Frontiers invites you to a relaxed evening exploring a highly topical issue—hybrid threats at sea. These threats take various forms: disinformation, intelligence operations, and sabotage of critical infrastructure on the seabed.

We invite short presentations and panel discussions in which representatives from various backgrounds will discuss aspects of these threats. How do hybrid threats affect defense, energy, infrastructure, and research? What are the legal and economic ramifications of hybrid threats? And what opportunities arise when more resources are allocated to monitoring and securing the oceans?
