Invitation text:
Following the Plastic Conference, this initiative invites participants to turn awareness into action and help create a cleaner ocean.
Plastic pollution poses a serious threat to marine ecosystems, wildlife, and human health. The amount of pollution in our oceans can seem overwhelming. Yet research shows that cleanup initiatives make a real difference—reducing marine litter, preventing the spread of microplastics, and protecting life in and around the ocean.
Every piece of plastic removed prevents it from breaking down into microplastics or releasing harmful toxins into the environment. By participating, you help create a healthier and more sustainable marine environment.
