The UN Decade of Ocean Science has clear goals for improving our mapping and understanding of the ocean. What is happening in Norway? What can stakeholders contribute, and how can we make it happen?

The future of the blue economy is more uncertain than ever, not least due to climate change. We need to understand and know the ocean better in order to make good choices for the ocean and the marine economy. The UN Decade of Ocean Science has clear goals for better mapping and understanding of the ocean. What is happening in Norway? What can stakeholders contribute, and how can we make it happen? At this event, we’ll hear from stakeholders and discuss how we can take some concrete steps forward!

Join us as the National Committee for the International Year of Ocean Science and the Norwegian Forum for Ocean Data invite you to a discussion on this topic, with the goal of taking some concrete steps forward!
